Anyone who needs to create and send signature requests. People who only sign documents (signers) and people who only view documents are always free. You only pay for users who initiate the signing workflow.

Do I need to be GxP-regulated to use GxPSign?

No. GxPSign is designed primarily for organisations subject to FDA and EMA e-signature requirements — pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and clinical research — but it is open to anyone. Every signature includes meaning-of-signature capture, re-authentication, and a full audit trail regardless of your industry.

What is a Demo seat?

Demo seats are free and let users try the full SignatureManager workflow. The only difference is that signed PDFs include a "DEMO" watermark. Great for evaluation, training, and onboarding before going live. Demo seats are unlimited per organization.

How do I purchase seats?

After creating your organization, go to Billing settings as an Organization Owner and set the number of SignatureManager seats you need. The Organization Owner then assigns seats to specific users from the Users page.

Can I add or remove seats?

Yes, you can adjust your seat count at any time from the Billing settings page. Only Organization Owners can manage billing and seat assignments.

What payment methods do you accept?
